Analisis Penanggulangan Kemiskinan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir (Studi Kasus : Dalam Perspektif Gender)

This study aims to determine how the linkage of poverty alleviation to
economic growth in Indragiri Hilir Regency (case study: in gender perspective).
This research uses quantitative data types and data sources used are secondary
data. The method used is Gender Analysis Pathway (GAP).
Based on the IPG Data of Indragiri Hilir Regency in 2018 of 82.37% this
shows that there is no difference in access in economic development, but based on
2018 IDG data of 59.59% shows that there are still differences in access in
economic development this can be seen from the number of active roles of women
in economic life. In this research, GAP analysis is used to see poverty reduction
on economic growth that is very closely related to IPG and IDG in Indragiri Hilir
Regency. From the results of research on the relationship between poverty
reduction and economic growth in Indragiri Hilir Regency using a gender
perspective (Gender Analysis Pathway) that poverty reduction on economic
growth in a gender perspective can be seen from the linkages, among others, by
optimizing the network of institutional partnerships for gender mainstreaming and
enhancing gender roles and equality. in economic development which is marked
by the creation of a partnership network. Poverty reduction linked to gender
states that currently women are no longer a burden but have tremendous potential
for economic growth. This can be seen from the working age population who are
not in the labor force dominated by women around 81.26% who will later be
optimized to work with government assistance that facilitates women's economic
participation such as child care and flexible working hours for women.
