Pengaruh Kompetensi Pedagogik Dan Kompetensi Profesional Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP Negeri Se Kecamatan Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis

The target of this research is to determine the relationship betweenpedagogic competition with performance of teacher, the professional competition between professional competencion with performance of teacher,and also the relationship between both of pedagogic competencion andprofessional competencion with performance of teacher. This research was held inState Junior High School 3, 6, and 7 (SMPN 3, 6 and 7) Mandau, ofBengkalis District.
The method used in this research was survey and techniqueproportional. And this was a quantitative research with population was 105teachers, and sample taken was with presition level by 5% so that obtained 83teachers. Data was obtained by distributing the questioner to the responder, wherethere are a set of written statement inside and then it was answered by responder,and had been tested their validity and reliability. Then, data was analyzed withUsing simple regression and multiple regression correlation of product moment(Pearson), and resulting positive relationship between pedagogic competencionwith performance of teacher by 54,9%, positive relationship between professionalcompetencion with performance of teacher by 38,5%, and also positiverelationship between both pedagogic competencion and professional competencionwith performance of teacher by 55,5%. Thus, the better pedagogic competencionand the higher professional competencion, then the higher teacher's performance inState Junior High Schools throughout Sub disctrict of Mandau, District of Bengkalis.Therefore, based on this research, it can be concluded that performance of teacherin State Junior High Schools throughout Mandau, Regency of Bengkalis isdetermined by pedagogic competencion and professional competencionsimultaneously.
