Pengaruh Kinerja Lingkungan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Dengan Good Corporate Governance Sebagai Variabel Moderasi (Studi Pada Perusahaan Pertambangan Yang Terdaftar Di Bei Tahun 2014-2018)

The research aims to find empirical evidence of factors affecting the
company's value in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and
obtaining the PROPER Award from the Ministry of Environment in 2014-2018.
The factors used in this study are environmental performance and Good
Coreporate Governance as moderation variables. Samples of this study amounted
to 17 mining companies in the year 2014-2018 listed on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange and received the PROPER Award from the Ministry of Environment.
Sampling techniques use prposive sampling methods. The method of analysis used
is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) by using a statistical test tool SPSS
version 25. The results showed that environmental performance had an effect on
the company's value. Good Corporate Governance is able to moderate
environmental performance to the company's value in a negative direction which
means weakening the impact of environmental performance on the company's
value.
