Pengaruh Pemberian Flok Dengan Dosis Yang Berbeda Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Tingkat Kelulushidupan Benih Ikan Nila Merah (Oreochromis Niloticus)
This research was conducted in November 2019 – January 2020 at the
Laboratory of Aquaculture Technology, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine,
University of Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the best dose of
flock application for grown and survival rate of red tilapia (O. niloticus). The
method in this research used was an experiment with a Completely Randomized
Design (CRD) one factor four levels of treatment. The dose of flock in this
research was used P1 without adding the flock, P2 with a dose of 5 mL/L, P3 with
a dose of 10 mL/L and P4 with a dose of 15 mL/L. The flock was given in once a
week. The best results of this research was a flock with a dose 15 mL/L with an
absolute weight of growth was 4,24 g; the rate of specific growth was 4,26%; the
absolute growth of length was 3,47 cm; food conversion ratio 0,84; food
efficiency 116,89%; survival rate 98,33%; and the quality parameters of water
such as temperature was 26,5-27,6oC; pH 6,3-7,3; DO 6,1-7,0 mg/L, and NH3
0,018-0,009 mg/L.
