Peran International Committee Of Red Cross (Icrc) Dalam Penanganan Konflik Bersenjata Pada Kasus Konflik Boko Haramdi Nigeria Tahun 2014-2017

This research explains about the role of International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) in handling armed conflict of Boko Haram Conflict cases in Nigeria. Nigeria is one of countries in Africa which have so many domestic problem such as Financial problem, Corruption, Poverty and armed Conflict. ICRC as a Mandatory of Humanitarian Law so concern about this problem especially about the victim of armed conflict in Nigeria.
Data of this research analyzed by applying groups behavior which is International non-governmental organization (INGO) as level of analysis. In this research use Pluralism perspective and use International Organization A Theory which introduced by Clive Archer. This Theory Show the role of International Organization which are divided into there, as instrument, as arena and as independent actor.
This research show how ICRC as INGO engaged in humanitarian law take an action to handle the victim of armed conflict with their program to improving such as social live the victim in Nigeria.
