Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Kemiskinan Dan Belanja Modal Terhadap Pembangunan Manusia Kabupaten Dan Kota Di Provinsi Riau Tahun 2010-2019

This study aims to analyze the effect of economic growth, poverty and
capital expenditure on human development in districts and cities in Riau Province
in 2010-2019. The methods used in this research are correlation and quantitative
methods. Quantitative descriptive analysis is a study that uses numbers. Data
from the information examined in this study are: secondary data. Methods of data
analysis using multiple regression with the help of SPSS Version 20.00. The
results of this study indicate that the poverty variable has a positive and
significant effect on human development. Meanwhile, economic growth and
capital expenditures do not have a significant effect on human development.
Meanwhile, economic growth, poverty and capital expenditure together have a
significant effect on human development in Riau for the 2010-2019 period.
