Analisis Pergeseran Struktur Ekonomi Basis Dan Pola Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Tahun 2010-2019

This study aims to determine the shift in economic structure in Rokan Hulu
Regency, and to find out what sectors are the base sector and base sector shifts in
Rokan Hulu Regency, as well as to find out how the economic growth pattern in
Rokan Hulu Regency for the 2010 - 2019 period. used in this study is quantitative
secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Data analysis
techniques used analysis tools Shift-Share, Shift-Share modification Esteban
Marquilas, Location Quotient, (LQ), and Klassen Typology.
Based on the results of the classic Shift-Share analysis, it shows that there
has been a shift in the economic structure of Rokan Hulu Regency from the
primary sector (agriculture) to the secondary sector (industry) although it is
happening slowly. This shift in economic structure is shown by the decreasing
contribution of the primary sector (agriculture) and the increasing of the
secondary sector (industry) to the GRDP of Rokan Hulu Regency. Based on the
modified Shift-Share analysis of Esteban Marquilas, there are three economic
sectors that have both competitive and specialization advantages. The Location
Quotient analysis shows that there are seven Basis sectors that have LQ> 1 in
Rokan Hulu Regency in the 2010-2019 period. From the LQ analysis based on
time series data per five years there is a shift or change in the base sector, namely
in the financial and insurance services sector, the health services sector and
social activities and other service sectors. Analysis. The economic growth pattern
of Rokan Hulu Regency when viewed from the Klassen Typology analysis, namely
there are three economic sectors that are in Quadrant I (advanced sector), and
there are 7 economic sectors that are in quadrant IV (Underdeveloped Sector)
