Gambaran Darah Merah Ikan Jambal Siam (Pangasianodon Hypophthalmus) Yang Diberi Pakan Mengandung Jamu Fermentasi Untuk Mencegah Penyakit Motile Aeromonas Septicemia
ABSTRACT
Feeding the herbal fermentation feed is useful to control Motile Aeromonas Septicemia.
The purpose of this research is to obtain the best dose and to get an overview of the
jambal siam fish (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus) which feeding the herbal
fermentation feed. This research was began in Maret-Mei 2020. The research method
was experimental method with using a completely randomized design (CRD), one factor
of 5 treatment levels and 3 replications, the treatment is: Kn: feeding without herbal
fermentation and without against test A. hydrophila, Kp: Feeding without herbal
fermentation with against tested, P1: The fish was feeding the herbal fermentation feed
wit 200 ppm doses and against tested, P2: The fish was feeding the herbal fermentation
feed with 250 ppm doses and against tested, P2: The fish was feeding the herbal
fermentation feed with 250 ppm doses and against tested. The fish was maintained
during 46 days in a 40 x 30 x 30 cm aquarium with a stocking density of 10 fish / 30 L
of water. The gainst test was carried out on the 32nd day used A. hydrophila bacteria
with a density of 108 CFU / mL. The Measure parameter was total erythrocyte,
hematocrit value, hemoglobin level, absolute weight growth, and water quality. The
result of research show that feeding the herbal fermentation feed with 250 ppm doses
could prevent Motile Aeromonas Septicemia deases, seen from the total average of 233
x 104 sel/mm3 eritrosit, 38,66%, hematocrit value, 9,73 g/dL hemoglobin level, and
20,19 g absolute weight growth. The results of water quality measurements during the
research was temperature ranged from 27-29.2oC, pH 6-7, DO 4 - 4.34 mg / L, and NH3
0.028-0.048 mg / L. The conclusion of this research is feeding the herbal fermentation
feed with 250 ppm doses can increase the body resistance of jambal siam
(Pangasianodon hypophthalmus).
