Pengaruh Penambahan Enzim Hidrolitik Pada Pakan Komersil Dengan Dosis Yang Berbeda Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Kelulushidupan Ikan Betok (Anabas Testudineus) Pada Sistem Resirkulasi
The objective of study was to determine the growth rate and survival rate of Betok
fish fingerlings with the addition of hydrolytic enzymes at different doses in
commercial fish meal using a recirculation system. This research was conducted
from April - May 2020 at the Laboratory of Aquaculture Technology, Faculty of
Fisheries and Marine Affairs, University of Riau. The container used is an
aquarium measuring 60 cm x 40 cm x 40 cm as many as 15 units with a stocking
density of 20 fish / container. This study used a one-factor completely randomized
design (CRD) method with five treatment levels and three replications. The level
of treatment applied in the study was P0 = without the addition of hydrolytic
enzymes (Control), P1 = Addition of hydrolytic enzymes at a dose of 7.5 g / kg of
fish meal, P2 = Addition of hydrolytic enzymes at a dose of 10 g / kg of fish meal,
P3 = Addition of hydrolytic enzymes with a dose of 12.5 g / gk of fish meal and
P4 = addition of hydrolytic enzymes at a dose of 15 g / kg of fish meal. The
results showed that the addition of enzymes in the fish meal with different doses
had a significant effect (P 0.05)
on the survival of Betok fish. The best treatment was found in the addition of
hydrolytic enzymes at a dose of 15 g / kg of fish meal, which resulted in a daily
growth rate of 4.78%, absolute growth weight 7.58 grams, absolute growth length
3.66 cm, survival rate of 100%, protease enzyme activity analysis. 0.1540 ±
0.01601 IU / mL, and decreased feed conversion 1.14.
