Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan Akademik Mahasiswa Program Studi Bahasa Inggris Di Universitas Islam Riau

The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts made by the English Study Program at the Riau Islamic University in providing Quality Student Academic Services with Informants consisting of Students and Heads of Prodi, Lecturers as comparison and matching of information obtained by researchers.
This research method uses the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The type of data from the research is descriptive qualitative in which the researcher describes and tells the research results obtained from informant sources. The results showed that the quality of academic services for students of the English language study program at the Islamic University of Riau had quite the maximum effort in providing quality services to students in order to provide met needs. The results showed that the quality of academic services owned by the English study program at Riau Islamic University showed good quality and satisfactory results. Services both in terms of lectures inside and outside the classroom, other social activities such as seminars, English student associations, and management of grades and accreditations required by students run well and smoothly. Officers and employees of the study program take quick response to students by providing satisfying needs so that their needs are fulfilled.
