Pengaruh Rentang Kendali Dan Komitmen Organisasi Tenaga Kependidikan Terhadap Efektivitas Pelayanandi Lingkungan Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Riau
This study aims to analyze the influence of (1) control range, (2) commitment, (3) effectiveness of services at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University. The research method used in this research is quantitative research, using data analysis techniques.
The population in this study is education personnel of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University. The number of samples taken in this study amounted to 105 educated personnel.
The results showed that: First, there is a significant positive influence of the control range on the effectiveness of services at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University, the control range affects the effectiveness of services by 58.2%. Second, there is a significant positive influence of the educational personnel organization's commitment to the effectiveness of services at the Faculty of Economics and Business, where the organization's commitment affects the effectiveness of services by 83.2%. From the results of this study it was obtained that the organizational commitment variables have more influence than the control range variables. Third, there is a significant positive influence of the range of control and commitment of the organization to the effectiveness of services at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University, where the variable range of control and commitment of the organization together affects the effectiveness of services by 85% while 15% of service effectiveness is influenced by other variables.
