Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Efikasi Diri Terhadap Kewajiban Guru Seni Budaya SMA Kota Pekanbaru
In carrying out their duties, teachers have the obligations stipulated in Law Number 14 of 2005, second part, article 20. In this article it is stated that to carry out professional duties, teachers are obliged to: (a) Plan learning, carry out a quality learning process, and assess and evaluating learning outcomes, (b) Improving and developing academic qualifications and competencies in a sustainable manner in line with the development of science, technology and arts, (c) Acting objectively and non-discriminatory based on considerations of gender, religion, ethnicity, race, and conditions specific physical, or family background, and socioeconomic status of students in learning, (d) Upholding laws and regulations, laws, and teacher codes of ethics, as well as religious and ethical values, and (e) Maintaining and cultivating unity and national unity.
One of the things that affects the inadequacy of teacher obligations is organizational culture. Often there is an organizational culture that has not optimally supported the work creativity of teachers in order to increase student learning creativity. A conducive organizational culture can move people in an organization to do better work activities. With a good organizational culture, teachers feel that school is a place to socialize, a place to discuss, a pleasant place to work and a place where mutual respect can be found. Any good organizational culture will create a better working atmosphere so that it supports teachers to be able to carry out their obligations as much as possible.
Apart from organizational culture, another important factor that is indicated to influence teacher obligations is self-efficacy. One of the characteristics of a good teacher can be understood from several dimensions including professionalism. A commitment in carrying out functions so that students are successful, confident, always ready to face challenges, trust and respect the diversity of students. Confidence and always ready to face challenges are characteristics of self-efficacy that should be owned by a teacher in carrying out his obligations. The high perceived self-efficacy will motivate individuals cognitively to be more able to act more precisely and with direction, especially in the context of carrying out their obligations as professional teachers.
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and self-efficacy on the obligations of Pekanbaru city high school arts and culture teachers, whose population consists of Pekanbaru city high school art and culture teachers who are members of the Pekanbaru City High School Cultural Arts MGMP with a population of 85 people. The sample in this study were 68 people using the Isac and Michael formula.
The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire or field research questionnaire. The questionnaire was made based on the indicators on the

variables studied by making statements about organizational culture, self-efficacy and teacher obligations. The questionnaire was compiled through online media (googleform), in order to obtain data related to the research variables. The data analysis technique is using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis, which is then processed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 22 for Windows.
The results of this study obtained a positive influence on the organizational culture of Pekanbaru City Senior High School art and culture teachers, with a high interpretation, a positive influence on the self-efficacy of Pekanbaru City Senior High School art and culture teachers, with a high interpretation, and a positive influence on organizational culture and joint self-efficacy of the obligations of the Pekanbaru city high school art and culture teachers by 77.80%, with a high interpretation. While the rest of each percentage is determined by other factors that are not part of this research.
