“Pengaruh Kepuasa Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Dan Motivasi Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Paramedis Rsud Dr. Rm. Pratomo Bagansiapiapi Rokan Hilir”
The This study aims to analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction,
Organizational Commitment and Motivation on Organizational Citizenship
Behavior Paramedics. This research was conducted on the Paramedics of RSUD
DR. RM. Pratomo Bagansiapiapi Rokan Hilir . In this study consisted of 4
variables one dependent variable and three independent variables. These
variables are Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y), Job Satisfaction (X1),
Organizational Commitment (X2), and Motivation (X3). This research was
conducted using the census method where all members of the population were
sampled as many as 52 people. The analytical method used is the testing of
measuring instruments (Validity Test and Reliability Test), successive interval
method of quantitative descriptive analysis method, analysis of partially and
simultaneously multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS
(Statistical Package of Social Science) version 26. Based on hypothesis testing
conducted , Research results show that Job Satisfaction has a positive and
significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational
Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship
Behavior. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Organizational
Citizenship Behavior.
