This study aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline (X1),
Organizational Commitment (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) on Peformance
Employee (Y) at Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency
(BKPSDM) Kampar District Riau Province. The population of study was 59
people and sampling technique used was saturation sampling. Linear regression
analysis with SPSS version 24 was used as methods of data analysis. The results
were: 1) Work Discipline, Organizational Commitment, and Work Motivation
simultaneously affect on Peformance Employee; 2) Work Discipline had a positive
and significant effect on Peformance Employee; 3) Organizational Commitment
had a positive and significant effect on Peformance Employee; 4) Work
Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Peformance Employee.
