Partisipasi Politik Masyarakat Di Kecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis Dalam Pemilu Legislatif Tahun 2014

This research is a study of the political participation of the people of Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency in the 2014 legislative election . Participation p olitik community is required in a democratic system of government, one stau implementation of the people's political participation is in the implementation of the legislative elections in 2014 so that later obtained a qualified member of parliament and in accordance with the aspirations of the people.
The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method by describing the state of the subject and research object at the present time based on empirical facts. The research location is in Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency and the author collected research data from several books, government regulations, journals, mass media and several other internet media sites and in-depth interviews with research informants, namely the Chairperson of the Bengkalis Regency KPU, members of the Bengkalis Regency DPRD Bantan electoral district, the committee voting and the people of Bantan District .
This study resulted in the conclusion that political participation and voter behavior in Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency, in the 2014 legislative election was carried out by conventional political participation in the form of participating in voting and being active in campaign activities. In addition, factors that influence society's political participation in the Bengkalis District Bantan p emilu legislature in 2014 is a factor Legislative Candidates Popularity , f actor and Socialization Election Administration , kondisi Community Social District Bantan and f actor Ethnicity and Politics of Money .
