Pengaruh Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru TK Di Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to describe the effect of principal academic supervision and work motivation on the performance of Kindergarten teachers in Tampan District. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study and a survey method with correlational resarch techniques. The data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires / questionnaires with 109 respondents from 150 kindergarten teachers who were randomly selected as samples using the Slovin formula. The research method was carried out in which the respondents responded to the questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale consisting of five answer choices, namely strongly agree, agree, doubt, disagree, and strongly disagree. The data analysis used was descriptive and inferential statistics.
Based on the data analysis, it is known that, there is an effect of school principal's academic supervision and work motivation on the performance of Kindergarten teachers in Tampan District, either partially or collectively. This research is expected to be useful for improving the performance of Kindergarten teachers in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City in carrying out their duties and obligations.
