Analisis Pemberdayaan Aparatur Sipil Negara Pada Kantor Kecamatan Pasir Penyu Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu
According to Regulation Number 23 Year 2014 concern Local Government, The Regional have been given authority to arrange and manage the interest of each area. Through based of decentralization the regional claimed more self-supporting in governance implementation. For those, civil servant empowerment is one of the important factors in management of governance to realize the quality of service. Civil Servant being competent to change some area becoming welfare area are only them who are qualified and have high competency. For that reason, civil servant become potential target in implementing developing area program. Because of their position, management of civil servant especially empowerment must priority and also done professionally with considering their competence. Empowerment of civil servant is effort to motivate the civil servant for the sense of responsibility which considering the quality of civil servant to be more responsible, and also the existence of leader commitment to always manage the civil servant to be trained, weak become strength and strength will keep trained.
This research use quantitative method with descriptive approach. The sampel by using total sampling that is all of civil servant at Pasir Penyu.
This yield research showed that civil servant empowering at Pasir Penyu District has been good. It is can be seen from dimensions: enabling, facilitating, consultating, collaborating, mentoring and supporting show good empowerment.
