Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Loyalitas Kerja Pegawai Di RS Jiwa Tampan Provinsi Riau

Tampan Hospital of Riau Province is one of the Regional Technical Institutions (LTD) that provides services to the community in Riau Province. Employees play a major role in running the wheels of hospital life and are active actors of every hospital activity. So that the relationship between employees and hospitals is a reciprocal relationship, hospitals need employees and vice versa employees need hospitals. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership, job stress on job loyalty and indirectly through job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach. Implemented at the Tampan Mental Hospital (RSJ) Riau Province. The population in this study were all employees at Tampan Hospital, Riau Province, totaling 385 people, consisting of 231 medical workers with the status of 103 employees who are civil servants and 128 employees who are still on contract, and 154 non-medical employees with the status of 68 employees who are civil servants and 86 employees who are still contracts. The number of samples is 79 employees using purposive sampling method and the determination of the distribution of respondents is taken randomly, divided proportionally based on employment status, namely medical and non-medical workers who are civil servants. The data used are primary data through questionnaires. The analysis tool used is Path Analysis. The results showed that directly leadership, job stress, and job satisfaction had a significant influence on job loyalty. Meanwhile, indirectly, leadership and job stress through job satisfaction have a significant effect on job loyalty. Job satisfaction is really needed because it can mediate the influence of leadership on job loyalty to be greater, but job satisfaction is not the only thing needed to mediate job stress on job loyalty so that it becomes smaller.
