Sistem Kendali Operasi Motor Induksi 3-Fasa Metode Hubungan Bintang-Segitiga Menggunak An Hmi (Human Machine Interface) Melalui Plc Omron Tipe Cp1l
ABSTRACT
In today's world of work, there are many industries that use motors to carry
out the production process. Operation control on the motor is needed to ensure the
reliability and smoothness of the production process. One of the controls is the
induction motor starting control. The method used for starting the motor in this
final project is the star-delta method. Starting control is carried out using the
Omron HMI via the Omron CP1L PLC. The star-delta starting system can reduce
a large starting current, with a low starting current the terminal voltage drop is not
too large and the electrical quality is better and the motor is not damaged quickly.
In this final project, there are three operating control systems for 3-phase induction
motors, namely, DOL (Direct On Line) starting control, motor rotation direction
control, and star-triangle starting control. These three controls can be done by
pressing the buttons on the programmed HMI screen and the HMI will
communicate with the PLC. PLC will be connected to the motor and the motor can
be controlled.
