Pengaruh Supervisi Kepala Sekolah Dan Integritas Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Dumai Barat Kota Dumai
Teacher performance in learning is the most important part in supporting the creation of an effective educational process, especially in building disciplined attitudes and the quality of student learning outcomes. Teacher performance is not only shown by the work, but also by behavior at work. Teachers are the main key in the education system, therefore improving the performance of a teacher really needs to be done both individually and in groups as an effort to improve better work results. Teachers must have high integrity and discipline in their work. High integrity and discipline can have a good influence on students. Teacher performance can also be shown from how much the required competencies are met. These competencies include: “pedagogic competence, personality competence, social competence and professional competence. Thus the teacher's performance is very influential on the integrity and supervision. This study aims to determine (1) Is there a significant influence between supervision on the performance of SDN teachers in Dumai Barat District, Dumai City, (2) Is there a significant influence between integrity on the performance of SDN teachers in Dumai Barat District, Dumai City, ( 3) Is there a significant effect between supervision and integrity together on the performance of SDN teachers in Dumai Barat District, Dumai City. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The method used in this study is a survey method with correlational techniques. Research respondents were public elementary school teachers in Dumai Barat District, Dumai City, totaling 238 people with a sample of 150 people. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires as a research instrument. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, inferential statistical analysis. The instrument reliability coefficient was calculated using the cronbach alpha formula. The results showed that there was a significant influence between supervision on teacher performance of 0.275, and there was a significant influence between integrity and teacher performance of 0.261. Meanwhile, together there is the effect of supervision and integrity on teacher performance of 0.333.Based on the test results described above, it shows that (1) supervision has a significant effect on teacher performance (2) integrity has a significant effect on teacher performance (3) supervision and integrity together have a significant effect on teacher performance.
