Sistem Bagi Hasil Usaha Pembesaran Ikan Mas (Cyprinus Carpio) Di Dalam Kolam Di Kecamatan Rao Kabupaten Pasaman Provinsi Sumatera Barat
ABSTRACK
This research was conducted on February 20, 2020 at Rao District, Pasaman Regency, Province West Sumatra. The purpose of this study was to determine the form of the profit sharing system, analyze the profit sharing system and compare the profit sharing system found in the cultivation of goldfish (Cyprinus carpio) in a pond in Rao District, Pasaman Regency, Province West Sumatra. The method used in this research is a survey using the Proposional Random Sampling technique. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis with 30 respondents.
From the data analysis above, the results obtained are, there are two forms of profit sharing system in Rao District, namely, the first is the cultivator directly as labor and has a pool while the capital is from the owner of the capital. The second form of cultivator is only as labor and does not have a pool, while the pool and capital are borne by the owner of the capital. The first model is the profit-sharing system in Rao District, the net income benefit is divided by 2 or 50% for cultivators and 50% for capital owners. The second model is 30% for cultivators and 70% for owners of capital. The profit sharing system in Rao District The first model of profit sharing system is the same as the revenue sharing law of 1964, except that the income of the cultivators in Rao District was greater, namely Rp9,250,000, while in the 1964 Law the cultivator received Rp7,400,000.
