Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Komitmen Pegawai Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP) Provinsi Riau
The success of the organization is determined by many factors. Human resource is
the one factor that is considered very important is. There are members in the
organization who work optimally and behave well (ethical), and who work and
behave badly (unethically) on the other. Commitment underlies the emergence of
behavior. Commitment is also influenced by many factors. Among them are the work
environment and organizational culture itself.
This study aims to analyze; 1) the influence of the work environment on
employee commitment of the Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP)
Provinsi Riau, 2) the influence of organizational culture on employee commitment
Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP) Provinsi Riau, 3) the influence of
the work environment and organizational culture together on employee commitment
Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP) Provinsi Riau
The population in this study were employees of the Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu
Pendidikan (LPMP) Provinsi Riau with a total of 105 employees. The sample in this
study was 83 employees from the total population. 83 samples were drawn randomly
based on a lottery. This study uses observation data collection techniques and
questionnaires. This research uses descriptive statistical analysis and inferential
statistical analysis. Data processing for descriptive statistical analysis in this study
using a program Microsoft Excel dan SPSS versi 25 for Windows.
The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect
on employee commitment (Y). The higher the work environment and organizational
culture that employees have of the Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP)
Provinsi Riau, the higher the employee's commitment of the Lembaga Penjaminan
Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP) Provinsi Riau. This indicates that in order to increase the
commitment of the Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP) Provinsi Riau, it
can be done by improving the work environment and culture of employee
organizations together.
