Pengaruh Supervisi Kepala Sekolah Dan Profesional Guru Terhadap Efektivitas Pengelolaan Kelas Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sekecamatan Bukit Kapur Kota Dumai
This study aims to determine the effect of the variables (1) principal
supervision on the effectiveness of classroom management, (2) professional
teachers on the effectiveness of classroom management, (3) the supervision of
principals and professional teachers together on the effectiveness of classroom
management. The research respondents were State Elementary School teachers
throughout the Bukit Kapur District, totaling 198 people with a sample of 132.
The data was collected through questionnaires as a research instrument. Analysis
of the data used is descriptive analysis, statistical inferential analysis. The
instrument reliability coefficient was calculated using the Cronbach alpha
formula. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the
principal's supervision on the effectiveness of classroom management of 0.248,
and there was a significant effect of professional teachers on the effectiveness of
classroom management of 0.477. Meanwhile, together, there is an effect of the
supervision of the principal and professional teachers on the effectiveness of
classroom management of 0.663.
