ABSTRACT
This final project discusses the making of a Web-based Information System for
Borrowing Infrastructure at the University of Riau. Many students do not have the
facilities and infrastructure provided by each faculty, so students often borrow
them from the rector's office. For this reason, a Web-based Information System
for Borrowing Facilities and Infrastructure at the University of Riau is needed,
which is made using the PHP programming language and MYSQL database as a
database. To design the system using Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams and
Sequence Diagrams, which are created using UML (Unified modeling language)
software. This system built will make it easy for students and borrowers who want
to borrow existing facilities and infrastructure in the Riau University area in one
system.
