Sistem Pakar Diagnosa Penyakit Mata Menggunakan Metode Certainty Factor Berbasis Web

In health science, the eye is one of the senses that is very important in human life. But the eye is also a dangerous disease because the eye is very susceptible to diseases caused by dust, bacteria, smoke and others. So it will greatly interfere with human vision and cause blindness. Eye diseases can be diagnosed through the symptoms experienced by the patient, through these symptoms an expert system can be made to make a diagnosis. Expert system is a computer that designed to copy the expert knowledge. Expert system in this research is using Certainty Factor method for diagnosis eye diseases. This method can overcome uncertainty in decision making based on the symptoms felt or inputted by the user. This eye disease diagnosis expert system is web-based using the PHP programming language so that users can easily access and choose the symptoms they feel and find information about eye diseases. The results of this study are the diagnosis of eye diseases, the information of the disease, solutions and ways of early treatment of eye diseases. By using black box testing, an accuracy of 94.4% was obtained.
