People who still don't pay attention to stomachache disorders, because of their daily activities activities. With this, many people experience stomach pain at an already serious stage and even difficult to treat. Due to lack of attention to early symptoms. We hereby need someone who expert in the field, namely an expert. So that the problems that occur can be resolved properly according to proper handling procedures. Expert systems can help deal with problems that require expertise in a particular field. One of them is in the health sector, especially in the treatment of abdominal pain. This expert system is very helpful in making decisions, from this expert system it can collect and store data knowledge by a person or persons of experts in a knowledge base and using reasoning system that resembles an expert in solving problems. This research will use Bayes' theorem method because it fits the problem at hand. To test the accuracy of the test data obtained by an expert with the output of an expert system, the results obtained are in accordance with the accuracy rate of 94.44%.
