Analisis Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Pekanbaru (Studi Dalam Pelaksanaan Pelayanan Izin Mendirikan Bagunan)
This research is motivated by the low performance of employees caused
by employee motivation at work. Motivation plays an important role in employee
performance. In achieving optimal employee performance, leaders must provide
opportunities for their subordinates to develop and improve their abilities and
skills. With this task, the implementation and organizational goals will be
achieved as expected.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of employees in
providing services in managing development permits at the Pekanbaru City
Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Office and to determine the factors
inhibiting employee performance in providing services in managing building
permits at the City Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Office.
Pekanbaru.
The results of this study indicate that employees in providing services in
managing building permits at the Pekanbaru City Investment and One Stop
Integrated Service Office are good, this is seen from the five quality of work,
timeliness, initiative, ability and communication. The inhibiting factor in the
performance of employees in services in managing building permits at the
Pekanbaru City Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Office is the
difference between realization and regulations, for example in the Employee
Work target (SKP) there are targets and realizations where the realization of
employees who do not comply or have not reached the specified target, Lack of
communication to ask employees, namely people are afraid, and In terms of
facilities and infrastructure there are also shortcomings, namely special cars
to find locations that are lacking, so they have to use ordinary cars from the
service to check locations.
