FIFA as the parent organization of world football, has followed up on the
issue of racism by issuing new rules for referees who lead matches. The referee
can stop the match if there is an indication of discrimination from the spectators
through three procedures. First, pause the match and give a warning to the
audience to stop their acts of discrimination. Second, if acts of discrimination are
still found, the second procedure is to refuse the competition until the specified
time. And the third referee has the right to cancel the match if discrimination
continues.
