Analisis Pendapatan Usahatani Dan Pemasaran Nanas Di Kecamatan Medang Kampai Kota Dumai
ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the income of farmers and pineapple marketing in Mundam Village, Explain constraints and potential in pineapple farming and marketing in Mundam Village, Knowing the influence of the broad characteristics of farmers' land and trading experience on income. Determination of farmer samples using proportional random sampling method and for traders using snowball samplin with a total of 35 respondents, 3 collector traders, 9 retailers and 1 wholesaler. The results showed that pineapple farming income in Mundam Village with an average land area of 2.11 hectares resulted in Rp.41,101,205.00 /Ha/year for gross income and the average net income of farmers amounted to Rp.27,338,093.00 / Ha / year with rcr value = 3. Pineapple marketing channel in Mundam Village consists of three channels, namely channel I: Farmer directly to the end consumer. Channel II: Farmers - Retailers - End Consumers. Channel III: Farmers - Merchants - Wholesalers - Retailers - End consumers. Land and labor are indicators of constraints on farming and sales, transportation, risk insurance and market information are indicators of constraints that occur in marketing.
