Membangun Sistem Absensi Berbasis Sidik Jari
ABSTRACT
Fingerprint-based attendance is a very effective method for monitoring attendance
levels in lectures. Fingerprint technology is a tool to make it easier for students to
do attendance and also avoid manipulating attendance data which is very easy to
do by manual attendance. The solution offered is to design a system that can read
the user's fingerprints using the Arduino Uno Microcontroller to display the
incoming and outgoing hours, with the indicator LED on and off and voice
messages from the Finger Print Machine. The making of this tool uses data
analysis, literature studies that support problem solving and the design of the test
equipment. In its application, users perform attendance using fingerprints and can
give information tell whether it’s late or not directly and the attendance data can
be seen by the admin so that attendance data can be monitored.
