Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Guru Pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Di Kecamatan Kandis Kabupaten Siak
This study aims to examine the analysis of the factors that affect teacher
performance either simultaneously or partially. This research was conducted at a
Vocational High School in Kandis District, Siak Regency. This research method is
quantitative by using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in
this study were 102 teachers, while the sample in this study was 81 teachers from
3 vocational high schools in Kandis District, Siak Regency with random sampling
technique. The type of data in this study is premier data sourced from the teacher.
This study uses quantitative methods using path analysis techniques with the help
of SPSS.
The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of work motivation,
pedagogical competence and work climate either simultaneously or partially on
the performance of Vocational High School teachers in Kandis District, Siak
Regency.
