ABSTRACT

In the food industry and agricultural products, ozone is used as a disinfectant for the sterilization process, removing heavy metals such as iron (Fe) and manganese (Mn) attached to food products, extending shelf life, and increasing the level of food safety, in the mineral water industry, ozone It is also used to neutralize water from bacteria and viruses contained in the water to be used as drinking water. One example is the treatment of vegetables so that the durability of vegetables is longer so they are not easy to rot. The way to do that is to use water containing ozone. Water containing ozone can be made using equipment, namely an ozone generator, but Ozone Generators that work statically can also produce ozone in relatively high concentrations which havea negative impact on the human respiratory system. For this reason, the use of an ozone generator must be adjusted to the needs, so the author creates a tool that can monitor the ozone generator so that its use can be controlled.
