Pengelolaan Penyaluran Bantuan Rumah Layak Huni (Rlh) Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di Kota Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau Tahun 2020

The construction of livable houses (RLH) in Riau Province is a housing
development program carried out by the Department of Public Works, Spatial
Planning, Housing, Settlement and Land Areas (PUPRPKPP) of Riau Province. ,
inadequate infrastructure. Effective housing assistance requires fast, structured
distribution management and a system that can adjust during the Covid-19
pandemic. The purpose of this study is to determine the management and the
inhibiting factors. The theoretical concept used is the management theory by
Geroge R. Terry such as planning, organizing, mobilizing and supervising.
Qualitative research methods with data sources namely primary and secondary
data, data collection techniques based on observation, interviews, documentation
and analysis. The results of the author's research are that the management of the
distribution of livable housing assistance during the Covid-19 pandemic in
Pekanbaru City, Riau Province is still not effective and has obstacle factors,
namely changes in distribution targets, distribution procedures have not been
effective and management of infrastructure facilities is not appropriate.
