Deteksi Sepeda Motor Yang Melawan Arah (Perboden) Melalui Kamera Menggunakan Metode Background Substraction Di Universitas Riau

ABSTRACT
Motorcycles are the most popular vehicles that use in indonesia. Riding a
motorcycles with violating traffic rules is a ct of violation as indicated in
constitution Number 22 of 2009 concerning violating traffic rules with lowest
penalty Rp. 50.000. violation could happen everywhere include in Riau University
Campus area. One of violation frequently do is violating tracffic sign like a
contraflow that caused motorized accidents. This violation is due to the lack of
supervision in the campus area. Therefore, this video based motorcycles
contraflow detection was created in hope of helping supervising and minimize
motorcycles accident causes in Riau University. The system built on a raspberry
pi model b with python 3 programmming language. Background subtraction
method used to recognize motorcycle and to recognize that moving direction. The
research was conducted on the entrance area in the faculty of engineering,
University of riau. The test conducted in the afternoon with light intensity between
11000 Lux– 13000 Lux. The system can provide accuracy 100% to recognize
motorcycles and 95% to recognize moving direction.
