Pengaruh Penetapan Harga Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Hotel Grand Zuri Kota Pekanbaru
This research was conducted at the Grand Zuri Pekanbaru hotel, which is
located on Jalan Teuku Umar No.7. This research discusses about the effect of
pricing and service quality on customer satisfaction at the Grand Zuri hotel in
Pekanbaru. In this research the method used is descriptive quantitative with SPSS
program. The population in this research were visitors to the Grand Zuri
Pekanbaru hotel who had stayed and used the services of the Grand Zuri
Pekanbaru hotel.
Hypothesis testing using simple linear and linear analysis methods and
multiple linear analysis with results showing that service quality and price have a
positive and significant influence either partially or simultaneously on customer
satisfaction at the Grand Zuri Pekanbaru hotel, these results are in accordance
with the hypothesis shown so that the hypothesis can be accepted. The ability of
the variables of service quality, price and customer satisfaction seen from R2 of
30.4% and the remaining 69.6% explained in other factors not examined in this
study.
