Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Penetapan Harga Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Pada Studio Tanjak Photography Pekanbaru
This research was conducted at the Tanjak Photography Studio Pekanbaru,
which is located at Jalan S. Parman No. 52. Gobah, Pekanbaru, Riau. This study
aims to determine the effect of research quality and pricing on consumer loyalty
partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis
method with theprogram SPSS. The population in this study were all consumers
who made purchases at Studio Tanjak Photography Pekanbaru in 2019 as many as
3,108 and the samples from this study were 100 respondents from Studio Tanjak
Photography Pekanbaru consumers. Determination of the sample in this study
using the Slovin formula, namely the non-probability sampling technique with
accidental sampling technique.
The data analysis used validity test, reliability test, simple linear analysis,
multiple linear analysis, determination analysis and significance test with
t(testpartialtest), F(testsimultaneous test). The results of this study indicate the
results of the t-test hypothesis of service quality on customer loyalty, namely t
count (10.656)> t table (1.660) which means that service quality is significant
towards customer loyalty. Second, pricing for consumer loyalty, namely t count
(5,556)> t table (1,660), which means that price fixing is significant for consumer
loyalty. The F test results of service quality and pricing on customer loyalty,
namely F count (40.563)> F table (3.09).
