Implementasi Program Penddikan Non-Formal Pada Satuan Pendidikan Non-Formal Kota Padang Panjang
The Learning Activity Studio is one of the educational suggestions provided by the
Padang Panjang City Government for Non-Formal Education. The study aims to find out and
see the implementation of the implementation of the Non-Formal Education in the Education
Unit Studio Learning Activities (SPNF-SKB) Padang. This research method uses qualitative.
The theory used in this research is George C. Edward III. With four main components in the
Implementation of SKB Education. These components include, Communication, Resources,
Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. The findings from this research are the
implementation of education in the learning activity studio is considered quite good and is
still running today. In terms of facilities and infrastructure, it is sufficient to carry out the
teaching and learning process than before. The inhibiting factors are as follows, limited
funds, small land and human resources (HR).
