Implementasi Kompetensi Pedagogik Dalam Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 Di Kelas IV SDN 71 Pekanbaru
This research is motivated by the importance of the role of a teacher in the
learning process, especially in the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum today.
The subject of this research is 1 class IV teacher at SDN 71 Pekanbaru. This study
aims to describe the implementation of the pedagogic competencies of teachers in
the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum and the obstacles faced by teachers
and how the teacher's efforts to overcome these obstacles in the implementation of
the 2013 Curriculum in grade IV SDN 71 Pekanbaru. The results of this study
indicate that the teacher's pedagogical competence in implementing the 2013
Curriculum in thematic learning Theme 1 The Beauty of Togetherness Sub Theme
1 Cultural Diversity of my Nation Class IV at SDN 71 Pekanbaru in the
2019/2020 academic year has not been completely fulfilled. Of the five indicators
of pedagogic competence according to PP no. 19 Article 28 Paragraph 3 (a) there
is one indicator that has not been fully met, namely in the implementation of
learning. On indicators of understanding of students, learning design, evaluation
of learning outcomes and development of students to actualize their potential, the
teacher has met the four indicators.
