Pengaruh Pemberian Motivasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus Pada Perawat Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan Pekanbaru )
This study aims to determine the effect of providing motivation (X1) and work environment (X2)
on employee morale (Y) during the 2015-2019 period. This study uses secondary data in the form of data
obtained by the author from interviews and the results of distributing questionnaires aimed at nurses.
non civil servants have ages ranging from < 20 to > 50 as many as 44 respondents. The data was then
processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS by conducting validity tests,
reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of
determination (R2) and hypothesis testing with t-test (partial) and F-test (simultaneous). .
Based on the results of the analysis of variables and subvariables, it shows that the analysis of
giving motivation applied by the leadership of the handsome Pekanbaru mental hospital is classified as
good with a score of 1,463. This means that most of the nurses who work at the handsome Pekanbaru
mental hospital have been able to apply the values in providing motivation, while the work environment
in the handsome Pekanbaru mental hospital is considered good with a score of 1,392. The results showed
that testing the first hypothesis, namely giving motivation to employee morale, namely t count (4,194) >
t table (2,018), meaning that motivation has a significant effect on employee morale. Second, the work
environment is t count (23.398) > t table (2.018), meaning that the work environment has a significant
effect on employee morale. The results of the calculated F test (19.595) > F table (3.22) means that the
provision of motivation and the work environment simultaneously has a significant effect on employee
morale.
