Pengaruh Rekrutmen Pegawai Dan Pelaksanaan Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru

The objective of this research was to find out the effect of recruitment and training on
employee performance of Alpa Hotel Pekanbaru. The research population was all of
the employees on Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru in 2020. Analysis of data used analysiss with
SPSS. Sampling technique is a method uses census data . the technique on this research
is quitionnaire and interview. Testing techniques in this study include using validity
test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test,
determination test, t-tes and f-test . This result showed that Recruitment and Training
has a effect with Alpha Hotel Employee’s Perfomance. Based on that result obtained
by value of R Squere is 0.381 that means 38,1% recruitment and training variables
effect the Perfomenace of Employee’s at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru.
