Implementasi Pelayanan Publik Di Badan Pusat Statistik (Bps) Kota Pekanbaru
Bureaucratic Reform is the first step in realizing the arrangement of a good,
effective and efficient administration system, so as to be able to provide fast,
precise and professional service which is in accordance with the principles of
good governance. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Pekanbaru City through
the declaration of the integrity zone has several targets, one of which is to
improve public services for good governance. The theory used in the research is
Permen No. 17 of 2017 concerning indicators of public services, which consist of
public policies, professionalism of human resources, infrastructure, service
information systems, consultation and complaints, and service innovation. In this
study using qualitative methods. The results of the study indicate that the services
provided by BPS are quite good, this can be seen from the implementation of
every indicator in public services. However, there are inhibiting factors in
carrying out services, namely the infrastructure where the equipment used as a
tool in accessing data for visitors who come is still not optimal.
