Pengaruh Penambahan Superplasticizer Sika Viscocrete 8670 Mn Pada Beton Mutu Tinggi Menggunakan Agregat Gradasi Seragam
ABSTRACT
Factors that influence the manufacture of high-quality concrete are cement, water,
aggregate quality, and additives used. One example of additional material is
Viscocrete-8670 MN, which has the advantage to facilitate the work in a highquality
concrete mixing despite using less water. This study aims to determine the
effect of the addition of Viscocrete-8670 MN on high-quality compressive
strength of concrete, by examining the compressive strength with a Compression
Test Machine (CTM). The percentage of Viscocrete usage is 0%; 0.2%; 0.4%;
0.6%; 0.8% and 1.0%; of weight of cement with each variation of 3 samples were
made in the form of a cylinder with a diameter of 150 mm and a height of 300
mm, cylindrical with a diameter of 150 mm and a height of 300mm. The result of
this study is the value of optimum compressive strength at 28 days was seen from
the highest value, i.e. at 0.6% Viscocrete variation of 56.400 MPa and the lowest
compressive strength is at 0.2% Viscocrete variation of 43.479 MPa.
