Hubungan Pengetahuan Agama Islam Dengan Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru Tk Sekecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru
The purpose of this study was to determine the knowledge of Islam with the
personality competencies of teachers in the Tampan District of Pekanbaru City. This
research is a quantitative research with the type of correlation research. From the
results of the study of Islamic religious knowledge with the personality competence of
teachers in the Tampan District of Pekanbaru City. The results of the simple
correlation analysis r between Islamic religious knowledge and teacher personality
competence (r) are 0.513 with p value = 0.000, because the probability value is < 0.05
(0.000 < 0.05) then H_(o ) is rejected. This shows that there is a moderate (normal)
relationship between Islamic religious knowledge and the personality competence of
kindergarten teachers. While the direction of the relationship is positive because r is
positive, meaning the higher the knowledge of Islam, the higher the personality
competence of the kindergarten teacher. From the analysis of the data obtained, namely
the coefficient of determination produced is r^2 = 0.262 with p = 0.000 (p> 0.05). This
means that 26.2% of the variables of Islamic religious knowledge determine the
personality competence of kindergarten teachers. In addition, with the results of the
data linearity test significance of 0.000, it can be concluded that between the variables
of Islamic religious knowledge and the personality competence of kindergarten
teachers there is a significant relationship
