Pengembangan Media Big Book Pada Materi FPB Di Sekolah Dasar
This research is a development research (Research and DevelompmentI) that
produces the big book media on the material of the Largest Federal Factor or
FPB. This medium is used for the FPB learning process in grade IV elementary
school. This research is motivated by the lack of mathematical big book media
contained in schools so that learners' reading skills are lacking and FPB learning
is still monotonous so that media needs to be able to improve reading skills and
understanding of FPB concepts. This research uses plomp development model
with research subjects of students of grade IV SDN 165 Pekanbaru. Media
development is carried out in 3 phases, namely the initial investigation phase, the
development phase and the assessment phase. Data collection is done with
observation and questionnaire. Media validation results conducted by 2 media
design expert validators and 2 material expert validators obtained an average
percentage of 91.08% with a very valid category. Practicality is assessed by
students and teachers gaining percentages of 93.88% and 92.35% respectively
with highly practical categories. Thus the big book media developed can be used
for the learning process.
