The formulation of the problem in this study is how to manage the Bintang Cemerlang Library in Kampung Maredan Barat Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak?. This study aims to determine the management of the Bintang Cemerlang Library in Kampung Maredan Barat Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak. This study has 13 indicators, namely 1) collection, 2) procurement of library collections, 3) classification, 4) cataloging, 5) book management, 6) supervision and maintenance of library materials, 7) user service, 8) circulation service, 9) service references, 10) librarian, 11) facilities, 12) equipment and supplies, 13) users. After this research is carried out, it is hoped that it will be useful. The benefits of this research are divided into two, namely theoretical benefits and practical benefits. The theoretical benefits from the results of this study are expected to add insight and knowledge regarding the management of the Bintang Cemerlang Library in Kampung Maredan Barat Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak. And the practical benefits of the results of this research are expected to be useful for the management of the Bintang Cemerlang Library, the community and for future researchers. Data collection methods are documentation, observation and interviews. Activities in data analysis are data reduction, data display (data display), and drawing conclusions/verification
