Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Iklim Kerja Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan Pada PT Bias Nusatama Duri Riau

The purpose of this research to explain the variable compensation and work climate in simultaneous and parcial to employee morale at PT.Bias Nusatama Duri Riau.
This research used pimary data namely data were obtained from interviews and administration of the questionnaire to all employees at PT. Bias Nusatama Duri Riau. Secondary data relating to the object and organizational structure.Population in this research were all employees totaling 77 people and wew sampled. Methods of analysis used in this research is the method of multiple linear regression.
Of the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (uji-F) suggests that compensation and work climate variables simultaneously significant effect on employee morale. Of the partial test (uji-t) results indicate that the variables of compensation and work climate are partially significant efeect on employee morale.results of calculation coefficient of determination is equal to 0,556 which mean, compensation variables and work climate jointly affect the employees morale is 55,6%, while the remaining 44,4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.
