Pengaruh Investasi Dan Tenaga Kerja Terhadap Produksi Industri Kecil Batu Bata Di Kabupaten Pelalawan

The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of investment and labor on the production of small brick industries in Pelalawan Regency. The data used in this research is secondary data with using a multiple linear regression analysis method with a tool to calculate the SPSS version 21.0 computer program facilities.
The results showed that simultaneously (F Test) it can be concluded that labor and investment together had a significant effect on the production of small brick industries in Pelalawan Regency. Paris test (t test) shows that investment and labor have a positive and significant effect on the production of small brick industries in Pelalawan Regency. The results of the determination coefficient (R2) of the independent variables on the dependent variable obtained a value of 99%, while the remaining 1% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.
