Pengembangan Modul Literasi Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Untuk Pembelajaran Membaca Pemahaman Di Sekolah Dasar
This study aims to develop local wisdom-based literacy modules for teaching
reading comprehension in elementary schools that are feasible to use. This
research is a Research and Development (R&D), using the 4-D Model (Define,
Design, Development, adn Disseminate). This research was carried out
according to the 4-D model development procedure, namely until the stage of
dissemination at SD Negeri 138 Pekanbaru on a limited basis. Data collection
techniques carried out by researchers are through observation, interviews for
need analysis, curriculum analysis, and student analysis, as well as validation
and practicality questionnaires. The results of product validation data by media,
material and language experts will be analyzed using percentage and category
descriptive techniques to show the validity, practicality/feasibility of the
module. The results of the validation by the media expert validator, and the
material and language expert validator obtained a score of 0.85 in stage II, and
a score of 0.92 in stage II so that it was categorized as very valid for use. Then
the results of material and language validation obtained a score of 0.57 in stage
I, and a score of 0.80 in stage II and were categorized from valid to very valid.
Student learning outcomes for the local wisdom-based literacy module trial
obtained an average score of 82.26. The results of the student practicality test
obtained an overall average of 89% and the teacher's practicality test of
88.33%. From the overall average practicality test students and teachers are
categorized as very practical and feasible to use or disseminate. Literacy
module products based on local wisdom will be disseminated to research
objects, but currently researchers have not distributed the products to SD
Negeri 138 Pekanbaru because the products are still in the printing stage.
