Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Koloid Menggunakan Articulate Storyline Untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Konsep Dan Kemandirian Belajar Peserta Didik
Progress in the world of information and communication technology has created new opportunities and challenges in the world of education in the industrial revolution era. Articulate Storyline is software that functions as a medium of communication or presentation. Learning media using this software is no less interesting than other interactive media. The Articulate Storyline application is a software that functions to help build interactive learning content. The use of Articulate Storyline in learning can assist teachers in explaining subject matter, one of which is colloidal material so that students can easily remember the material being taught, answer practice questions as an understanding of the material and provide new experiences so that students are motivated.
Conceptual understanding is the ability to explain a situation in different words and can interpret or draw conclusions from tables, data, graphs and so on. Students' understanding of chemical concepts correctly will produce knowledge that lasts a long time in their minds so that it is easy for students to recall these chemical concepts if one day it is needed. Meanwhile, independent learning is an ability possessed by someone in carrying out a learning activity independently, not depending on others. The purpose of independent learning is the curiosity of every student to discover new things. The independence of student learning is very meaningful, because when carrying out activities every day they are never separated from challenges or trials.
This study aims to develop interactive learning media using Articulate Storyline on colloidal material, knowing the validity of interactive learning media using Articulate Storyline being developed, knowing the practicality and attractiveness of interactive learning media using Articulate Storyline being developed, knowing the effectiveness of interactive learning media using Articulate Storyline on conceptual understanding. students, and knowing the effectiveness of interactive learning media using Articulate Storyline on student learning independence.
