ABSTACK
Street HR. Soebrantas is a divided 4-lane 2-way road (4/2 UD) located in the
Pekanbaru area. This road is traversed by many types of vehicles, both light vehicles,
medium vehicles, so that during rush hours traffic jams and delays are common. This
road performance calculation method is guided by MKJI 1997. Based on the results
of the research it can be seen that the peak flow is Sunday 17 April 2023 at 18.00-
19.00 with the results Fv = 56.98 km/hour, C = 6726.72 pcu/hour, DS = 0.74, the
average speed is 20.92 km/hour and the service level is C. So that the DS has not
exceeded the value required by MKJI 1997 (DS ≤ 0.75).
